Patel Greentech Pvt Ltd (PGPL) is a renewable energy arm of PIL. PGPL is involved in developing utility-scale clean energy projects including solar, wind, hybrid, and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).

Role Overview:

The Manager – FP&A will play a critical role in driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis to support strategic decision-making. This position requires strong analytical skills, business acumen, and the ability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Planning & Forecasting:

• Prepare annual budgets, long-term financial models, and rolling forecasts.
• Analyze variances between actuals and budgets provide actionable insights.

• Business Performance Analysis:

• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics for projects and corporate functions.
• Conduct scenario analysis and sensitivity modelling for strategic initiatives.

• Reporting & MIS:

• Develop and maintain monthly/quarterly management reports.
• Support investor reporting and board presentations.

• Strategic Support:

• Assist in evaluating new projects, acquisitions, and investment opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial due diligence.

• Systems & Process:

• Ensure accurate data flow and reporting through SAP and other tools.
• Drive process improvements for efficiency and accuracy in FP&A activities.

Desired Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of
