Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
5+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounts, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
Hands-on experience in:
MIS design and reporting
Expense tracking and control
Bookkeeping and accounting principles (Tally/ERP/SAP preferred)
Strong understanding of taxation, statutory compliance, and financial regulations.
Proficient in Excel and financial modeling.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in scaling finance operations in a growing mid-sized company.
Exposure to fundraising, budgeting, and investor relations (bonus).
Familiarity with energy or industrial automation sectors (bonus).
