We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee all financial
activities and ensure strong financial control in our fast-paced FMCG business.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management, planning, analysis, and
compliance, particularly within the FMCG industry.
You will play a key role in supporting business decisions with actionable insights and ensuring
financial stability and growth.
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Monitor, manage, and report on the company’s financial performance (P&L, Balance Sheet,
Cash Flow).
• Develop internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and company
policies.
• Manage month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Supervise the finance team and coordinate with internal/external auditors.
• Ensure timely preparation of financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
• Oversee inventory costing, margin analysis, and cost control strategies.
• Manage working capital, including receivables, payables, and inventory.
• Drive automation and system improvements in financial reporting and analysis.
• Exposure to cost accounting and manufacturing finance.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
• Hands-on attitude with a drive for process improvement.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
