🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end finance ops – accounting, revenue, collections & payments

• Ensure daily reconciliations (POS, bank, aggregators, ERP)

• Drive financial reporting, compliance (GST, TDS), and internal controls

• Support store-level budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis

• Lead process automation & ERP optimization (Navision)

• Collaborate cross-functionally across Ops, IT & Procurement

🎯 What You Bring:

• CA / MBA Finance with 8–12 years of experience

• Experience in multi-location retail, QSR, or F&B preferred

• Strong ERP exposure (Navision a must)

• Deep understanding of compliance, tax, and internal controls

• Leadership & dashboarding skills to drive financial visibility
