Job Title: Financial Analyst - Business Excellence

Location: Noida

Department: Business Excellence

Employment Type: Full-time


Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Financial Analyst – Business Excellence to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving cost efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making across the organization. This role requires a blend of financial acumen, technical proficiency, and process improvement capabilities to support strategic initiatives and enhance operational performance.


Key Responsibilities:

● Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and improvement opportunities across business units.

● Lead or support cost optimization and process improvement projects, delivering measurable business impact.

● Build and maintain dashboards and automated reports using Power BI and other visualization tools to provide insights to stakeholders.

● Extract, manipulate, and analyze large data sets using SQL and Python to support business excellence initiatives.

● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (finance, operations, supply chain, etc.) to identify inefficiencies and propose data-backed solutions.

● Drive continuous improvement by developing and implementing KPIs, performance tracking models, and financial controls.

● Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for key business functions.

● Contribute to the development and automation of financial models and scenario analyses.

● Assist in preparation of executive presentations and business reviews.


Required Qualifications & Skills:

● Education: B.Tech / M. Tech from IITs and/or MBA from IIMs or equivalent Tier-1 institutes 2–5 years of experience in financial analysis, business excellence, or related roles.

● Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas). ● Experience in developing dashboards and reports in Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.

● Proven track record in process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency projects.

● Solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.

● Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.

● Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

● High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.


Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):

● Experience in automation (e.g., Power Query, Python scripting, RPA tools).

● Certification in Business Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, or Financial Modelling.

● Experience in ERP systems (e.g., LSQ, NPF, Salesforce).
