Financial Business Analyst

As a Financial Analyst - Business Excellence at our Noida office, you will be a crucial member of our team, utilizing your financial acumen, technical proficiency, and process improvement capabilities to advance cost efficiency, process optimization, and data-driven decision-making throughout the organization. Your role will involve analyzing financial data, leading cost optimization and process improvement projects, building dashboards and automated reports, manipulating and analyzing data sets, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving continuous improvement, supporting budgeting and forecasting, developing financial models, and assisting in executive presentations and business reviews. To be successful in this role, you should possess a B.Tech/M.Tech from IITs and/or MBA from IIMs or equivalent Tier-1 institutes, along with at least 5 years of experience in financial analysis, business excellence, or related roles. You should have strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel, as well as experience in developing dashboards and reports in tools like Power BI and Tableau. Additionally, you should have a proven track record in process improvement, cost optimization, and operational efficiency projects, along with a solid understanding of financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. Any familiarity with Lean Six Sigma or other process improvement methodologies would be beneficial, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. You should have a high attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Preferred qualifications for this role include experience in automation, certification in Business Analytics, Lean Six Sigma, or Financial Modeling, and experience with ERP systems such as LSQ, NPF, or Salesforce.,
