Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Analysis & Insights

• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, risks, and opportunities.
• 
  
• Conduct

  ratio analysis, variance analysis, and cost-benefit analysis

  for business projects and expenses.
• 
  
• Prepare forecasts for revenue, expenses, and cash flow based on historical and market data.
• 
  
• Develop

  budget vs. actual

  performance reports with actionable recommendations.
• 
  
• Evaluate investment opportunities, business cases, and new project feasibility.
• 
  
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare executive dashboards.
• 
  
• Benchmark company financials against industry standards to suggest improvements.

2. Bank-Related Operations

• Coordinate HDFC Bank account opening for new employees.
• 
  
• Manage RTGS, remittance, and other assigned bank-related tasks.
• 
  
• Reconcile and track credit card statements (IndusInd, Yes Bank, HDFC).
• 
  
• Coordinate inward remittance calls and resolve banking queries promptly.
• 
  
• Provide updated bank statements twice a month (1st & 15th).

3. Vendor & Expense Management

• Manage petty cash expenses and ensure accurate tracking.
• 
  
• Verify vendor bills for correctness and approvals.
• 
  
• Create vouchers for daily expenses; scan and upload them to the drive.
• 
  
• Record and upload monthly expense files, process GPay and bank payments.
• 
  
• Manage subscription and service payments for all departments.
• 
  
• Maintain records of daily tea, lunch, and snacks; coordinate with the lunch vendor.
• 
  
• Prepare and verify monthly food bills and coordinate payments.

4. Invoicing & Receivables

• Raise sales invoices when required.
• 
  
• Confirm payment receipts and assist in receivable tracking.

5. Incentive & Payroll Support

• Verify timesheets for incentive calculations (presales, upsales, sales).
• 
  
• Prepare and validate incentive sheets; verify billable hours.
• 
  
• Review Odoo App Store data for incentive distribution.

6. Budget & Cash Flow Management

• Prepare monthly budget utilization reports with variance analysis.
• 
  
• Maintain an updated cash flow statement and ensure liquidity planning.
• 
  
• Support annual budgeting process and financial planning cycles.

7. Monthly Celebrations & Events

• Organize office celebrations, special occasions, and monthly events.
• 
  
• Arrange food, logistics, and venue coordination for office parties.

8. Administrative Support

• Perform scanning, printing, and voucher preparation every 10 days.
• 
  
• Share all subscription bills after payment confirmation.
• 
  
• Collect bills from relevant stakeholders or ensure they are attached to payment emails.

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in

  Excel

  and data analysis tools.
• 
  
• Strong understanding of financial statements, ratios, and KPIs.
• 
  
• Experience with ERP systems 
• Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• 
  
• Ability to work with large datasets and derive actionable insights.
• 
  
• High attention to detail and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 
  
• 1–3 years of combined experience in accounting and financial analysis.
• 
  
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial modelling.
• 
  
• Familiarity with banking processes, reconciliations, and expense control.
