Finance Analyst

Role Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Analyst to join our Finance team. In this role, you will support the day-to-day FP&A operations and help run accurate financial analysis for the organization.

This is a foundational role with opportunities to learn and grow within the finance function.

What will you do?

• Data Organisation & Quality:

  Manage, clean, and structure financial and operational data; ensure accuracy through periodic validations and reconciliations.

• MIS & Reporting:

  Help prepare monthly/quarterly MIS, dashboards, and FP&A reports including forecasts, budgets, and variance analysis.

• Financial Analysis:

  Conduct ad-hoc financial and business analyses to support decision-making across revenue, cost, and margin insights.

• Strategic Support:

  Assist the leadership with strategic projects such as pricing, investor reporting, benchmarking, and policy improvements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Sales, Product, Ops, and HR to streamline data flows and improve reporting processes.

• Process Improvement:

  Enhance reporting systems, automate recurring tasks, and maintain documentation for financial processes and data standards.

You'll Thrive If You Have:

• Master's degree in Data, Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or a related field
• 1- 2 years of relevant experience in data or FP&A
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial systems
• Proficiency in MS Excel and experience with Data Analysis Tools (Power BI / Zoho Analytics / Others)
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a dynamic finance team
