Your role
  • Preparation of Income statement, Balance Sheet & other divisional & group reports on monthly basis and make sure that the financial reporting and accounting practices are in line with FAM and local legal rules.
  • Support business controller in reporting and planning process ,CRM / BRM preparation etc.
  • To support the local managers in their decision making process with high quality input and Local Scorecards.
  • Work closely with ACBS finance and safeguard that costs and revenues are correctly booked and reported.
  • To safeguard a good internal control environment and ensure continued compliance with the external and internal audit requirements.
  • To be pro-active, making sure that red flags are highlighted, that action plans are in place whenever necessary. 7.To provide good tools and analysis in time to the management to support our ambitious targets for growth and profitability.
  • Monitor Accounts Receivables to ensure prompt payment from customers (internal)
  • To implement the procedures for overdue accounts analysis and reminders & undertake regular reporting to management.
  • Support for SAP / SAP SRM for system issues, Change requests & propose new system enhancements
  • To devise easy to use financial tools for effective and efficient project management.
  • Capture and monitor business risks and advise mitigation.
  • Calculation of monthly cost per hour and variance analysis reporting to management.
