Primary Responsibilities -

• Financial Analysis & Reporting:

• Conduct in-depth

  financial analysis

  , including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting to evaluate the company's financial performance.
• Prepare and present clear, accurate, and timely

  financial reports

  and models for management review.

• Data Visualization & Business Intelligence:

• Develop and maintain dynamic, insightful

  dashboards and reports

  using

  Power BI

  to visualize key financial metrics and performance indicators.
• Translate complex data sets into easily digestible visual stories that highlight key takeaways and drive business understanding.

• Modeling & Tool Expertise:

• Build and manage sophisticated financial models (

  MS Excel Expert

  ) for budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and scenario analysis.
• Leverage advanced Excel functions (e.g., Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial functions) for efficient data manipulation and analysis.

• Communication & Collaboration:

• Communicate

  financial findings and recommendations effectively to both finance and non-finance stakeholders, demonstrating

  strong logical thinking

  to support conclusions.
• Collaborate with various departments to gather data, understand business drivers, and implement financial recommendations.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Education:

  Master of Business Administration (MBA) in

  Finance

  is mandatory.

• Experience:

  Approximately

  1 year of post-MBA experience

  in a finance, analysis, or related role.

• Technical Expertise:

• Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel

  (financial modeling, advanced formulas, data management).
• Proven expertise in

  Power BI

  for creating professional, interactive data visualizations, and reports.
