Job Summary:

We are looking for a Financial Analyst (CA or CA Inter) to join the finance team in Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will primarily be responsible for MIS reporting, analysis of financial data, budgeting support, and business performance tracking. This role is critical in supporting decision-making across the organization by delivering accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare, maintain, and analyze monthly/quarterly/annual MIS reports.
• Develop dashboards, variance analysis, and key performance metrics for management.
• Analyze trends in revenues, expenses, and other business KPIs.
• Coordinate with various departments to gather and consolidate financial data.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Ensure accuracy and consistency in financial reports and data models.
• Assist in internal audits and statutory compliance as needed.
• Automate and streamline existing reporting processes wherever possible.

Qualifications:

• CA Inter / Chartered Accountant.
• 1–4 years of experience in financial reporting or analysis roles.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, Lookups, Charts, etc.).
• Working knowledge of Tally / SAP / ERP systems is an advantage.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.

Preferred:

• Prior experience in a utility or infrastructure company.

Schedule:

• Fixed shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• MIS Reporting: 2 years (Preferred)
