Finance Operations Lead

with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in core accounting, financial management, and operational finance. In this role, you will take ownership of key finance processes, ensure accurate reporting, maintain healthy cash flow, and support strategic decision-making through timely insights. The ideal candidate is detail-driven, proactive, and able to manage multiple responsibilities independently in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Operations & Reporting

Lead monthly closing activities, ensuring accurate and timely finalization of books.Prepare and analyze monthly MIS reports, dashboards, and financial statements to support leadership decision-making.Manage accounts consolidation and coordinate end-to-end annual audit procedures with internal and external stakeholders.

Receivables, Payables & Cash Flow

Work closely with business, program, and sales teams to generate customer invoices and actively follow up on collections.Ensure accurate processing of vendor invoices and timely payments through collaboration with internal teams.Monitor working capital requirements and optimize cash flow efficiency.

Compliance, Taxation & Payroll

Coordinate with external advisors on statutory filings, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting.Oversee payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to applicable regulations.Maintain documentation and support internal/external financial reviews.

Process Improvement & Stakeholder Collaboration

Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to strengthen financial control and operational efficiency.Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on financial activities and deliverables.Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis, scenario modeling, and financial planning initiatives.

What Makes You a Strong Fit

CA / ICWA / MBA (Finance)

with

3–5 years

of relevant finance and accounting experience.Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial operations, and compliance frameworks.Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.Proficiency with accounting systems, ERP tools, and advanced Excel.Exposure to international tax and compliance is an advantage.Ability to manage multiple deadlines and operate independently in a remote environment.
