Finance Operations Lead

You will work directly with the founder on day-to-day finance operations, providing insights and driving strategic decisions. As a key member of the team, you will lead the finance department's daily operations, including financial analysis, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting. Your role will involve developing and maintaining robust financial policies and procedures to support the company's growth and compliance objectives. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze comprehensive financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication of financial data. Your responsibilities will also include managing and maintaining financial systems to meet the evolving needs of the business, ensuring full compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and reporting requirements, with a strong emphasis on FEMA guidelines. You will play a crucial role in monitoring and analyzing financial performance, recommending strategies for improvement and cost optimization. Building and managing relationships with external stakeholders, including banks and auditors, will be a key part of your role. Furthermore, you will lead the annual audit process, coordinating effectively with external auditors to ensure timely and accurate completion.
