Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance & Operations Manager with experience in the dairy industry to oversee financial planning, cost control, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate should be a CA with 3-6 years of experience, proficient in SAP, and possess strong analytical and leadership skills to drive financial performance in a fast-paced dairy manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports.
• Monitor P&L, cash flow, and working capital to ensure financial stability.
• Conduct cost analysis (milk procurement, production, logistics) to optimize profitability.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation, and audit requirements.
• Handle GST, inventory accounting, and dairy-specific financial regulations.

SAP & ERP Operations:

• Manage SAP FI/CO modules for financial transactions, cost accounting, and product costing.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation and reconciliation in SAP.
• Generate MIS reports for management decision-making.

Operations & Cost Control:

• Oversee procurement, production costing, and supply chain finance.
• Analyze variances in milk procurement, processing, and distribution costs.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

• Liaise with banks, auditors, and government bodies for financial compliance.
• Coordinate with production, procurement, and sales teams for financial alignment.
• Mentor finance and operations teams for process improvement.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) mandatory.
• Experience: 3-6 years in finance & operations, preferably in dairy/FMCG/manufacturing.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in SAP (FI/CO/MM modules), Excel, and financial modeling.
• Industry Knowledge: Understanding of dairy supply chain, milk pricing, and processing costs.
• Soft Skills: Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹750,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per month
