Overview

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Finance Manager (CA) with a strong background in audit, compliance, and multi-branch financial management. The ideal candidate will oversee financial operations across different business units, ensure regulatory compliance, and provide strategic financial insights to support organizational growth.

Mandatory Requirement:

• Qualified Chartered Accountant
• Proven experience in

  audit, compliance, and risk management

• Strong track record of managing finances for

  multiple branches or business units

• Solid knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and statutory compliance
• Proficiency with ERP systems and financial tools (SAP/Oracle/Tally/QuickBooks).
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with B2B companies

Job Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily financial operations across multiple branches of the business.
• Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports for senior management.
• Conduct audit reviews, ensure timely statutory compliance, and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to strengthen compliance and risk management.
• Consolidate financial statements for multiple business locations and analyze performance.
• Drive process improvements in financial reporting, cost control, and cash flow management.
• Review and ensure adherence to tax regulations, corporate governance policies, and legal requirements.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align branch operations with overall business strategy.
• Provide leadership, training, and development to finance staff across different locations.
