Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Finance Manager, located in Noida. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing financial operations, preparing budgets, managing financial reporting, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Key tasks include financial planning, analysis, and strategy development. The manager will also work closely with other departments to support business goals and will be involved in decision-making processes to enhance the financial health of the company.

Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
• Min 10 Years experience in financial management, planning, and analysis
• Excellent understanding of financial regulations and compliance
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Professional certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
• Experience in the fintech or payment infrastructure industry is beneficial
