Role Overview:

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations and financial reporting.
• Oversee and ensure timely

  GST, TDS, and ITR filings

  .
• Handle

  ROC compliance

  and liaise with auditors and consultants.
• Maintain accurate records in

  Tally

  and other relevant financial tools/software.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual

  financial statements and MIS reports

  .
• Conduct

  budgeting and forecasting

  to support management in financial planning.
• Monitor cash flow, vendor payments, and receivables.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company policies.
• Support management in cost analysis and financial strategy.
• Coordinate with external auditors, tax consultants, and legal teams.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in

  Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

  (CA/Inter CA preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a

  marketing, media, or creative agency

  setup.
• Strong knowledge of

  GST, TDS, ITR

  , and

  ROC

  regulations.
• Hands-on experience with

  Tally ERP

  and familiarity with

  MS Excel and other accounting tools

  .
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
