Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, managing employee relationships, overseeing employee performance evaluations, administering company policies, maintaining employment records, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for executing HR programs and implementing HR initiatives aligned with business objectives. Qualifications Experience in Human Resource Management, recruitment techniques, and employee engagement initiatives Knowledge of legal requirements related to HR and talent management Analytical skills with experience in HR metrics tracking and analysis Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment Ability to maintain confidentiality and integrity of employee information Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field Show more Show less
