Job Title: Finance Manager Location: Piplod, Surat Industry: Automobile / Automotive Experience: 5–6 Years Reports To: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) / Group General Manager (GGM) Employment Type: Full-time Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models Analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial performance Identify trends, risks, and opportunities for business growth Cost & Inventory Management: Monitor cost structures and suggest improvements for cost control Supervise inventory valuations and cost of goods sold (COGS) Work closely with production and procurement teams to optimize costs Reporting & Compliance: Ensure timely preparation of financial statements in accordance with accounting standards (IND-AS/IFRS) Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory bodies Ensure compliance with statutory, tax, and legal regulations (GST, TDS, etc.) Cash Flow & Treasury: Manage day-to-day cash flow and banking operations Forecast liquidity requirements and optimize working capital Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a small finance team Promote best practices and financial discipline across departments ERP & Systems: Work with ERP systems (SAP/Oracle/Tally or similar) Drive automation and process improvements in finance functions Show more Show less
