Role Overview:

Finance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end financial operations, including monthly close, reconciliations, and reporting.
Prepare and analyze management reports, financial statements, and forecasts.
Partner with leadership to monitor budget vs. actuals and key financial metrics.
Support modeling, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
Coordinate compliance, filings, and audits with external accountants.
Manage vendor payments, contracts, and expense controls.
Implement and enhance financial processes and tools.
Support fundraising, due diligence, and board reporting.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (
CA or MBA preferred
).
2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, or FP&A.
Strong analytical and Excel/Google Sheets skills (Tableau a plus).
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams.
