Finance Manager

managing financial performance, optimizing processes, and supporting executive decision-making

Key Responsibilities

Lead
financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting
processes
Oversee
monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
Conduct financial analysis
to support business strategy and investment decisions
Ensure
compliance
with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls
Manage and mentor
finance team members

Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in
Finance, Accounting, or Business
(CPA, ACCA, or MBA a plus)
4–8 years of experience in
financial management, analysis, or accounting leadership
Strong understanding of IFRS/GAAP
and corporate finance principles
Advanced proficiency in
Excel and financial modeling
; experience with
ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite)
Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills
Fluency in English
(German or French a strong plus)
