Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and planning.

Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, and reports.

Monitor and analyze financial data ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Manage cash flow and ensure effective utilization of funds.

Coordinate audits and maintain proper financial documentation.

Support project budgeting and donor fund management.

Implement internal controls to safeguard organizational assets.

Collaborate with management for financial strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.

Experience: 2–5 years in financial management or accounting.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, and compliance.

Proficiency in Tally, MS Excel, and other financial tools.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month (based on experience & skill set)
