HRDS INDIA is hiring Administrative Assistant for kannan Vihar, Patia, Bhubaneshwar branch Salary- 18,000-25,000 Experience- 0-3years JOB BRIEF The ideal candidate will exhibit high standards, excellent communication skills, and have an ability to take initiative, and prioritize daily tasks. A strong ability to take charge and meet tight deadlines will ensure your success in this multi-faceted role. The Administrative Assistant will coordinate executive outreach and external relations efforts, and oversees special projects. The Assistant must be creative and enjoy working within an entrepreneurial environment. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a diversity of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. JOB RESPONSIBILITY Manage sensitive matters with a high level of confidentiality and discretion especially decisions directly impacting the operations of the company. Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events, and resolving any scheduling issues. Prepare Word, Excel, PowerPoint presentations, agendas, reports, special projects and other documents in support of objectives for the organization. Prepare draft correspondence for internal announcements, and organizations that the executive is involved. Assist in preparing and managing presentations and decks. Be responsive to emails/texts/phone calls, with contact outside normal business hours. Conserve the Executive's time by reading, researching, collecting and analyzing information as needed, in advance. Complete ad hoc projects as assigned. Preparing financial reports, financial plans and budgets for meetings. Oversees business policies and accounting practices. Works closely with internal groups to constantly improve services, and makes sure tasks are completed on time with provided support. Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results. Serve as the eyes and ears of the office, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. Provide front-desk coverage by managing a busy, multiline phone system, greeting guests as they enter the office, managing incoming/outgoing mail and shipments, and maintaining an organized, clean office environment. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills Ability to multitask Proficient in Microsoft Office suite Ability to communicate effectively and professionally. Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
