Role & responsibilities Were Hiring: Finance Manager (CA Mandatory) | Chennai | Hybrid Years of Experience- 8+ Years Are you a seasoned finance professional with Chartered Accountant qualification and a passion for driving financial excellence in a serviceoriented business? We want you on our team! What you’ll own: • Preparation and finalisation of financial statements under Ind AS & the Companies Act — ensuring audited statements with zero compliance issues. • Timely monthly close, standalone & consolidated builds; accurate revenue recognition under Ind AS115 for outsourcing contracts. • Annual budgeting, forecasting and monthly variance analysis; build dashboards and drive margin & costanalysis conversations. • Full tax & statutory compliance – GST, Income Tax, TDS filings, ROC/AGM/FEMA/ODI/ECB. • Daily cashflow monitoring, workingcapital optimization (receivables/payables/DSO), treasury and banking relationships. • Lead, mentor and manage the finance team: review deliverables weekly, set KPIs, align with Sales, Ops & HR, interact with USbased clients. • Use of Tally for accounting entries/statutory reports and Excel for modelling, dashboards and MIS automation. What you must bring: • Qualified Chartered Accountant in a services/outsourcing environment. • Location: Chennai. • Strong command of contractbased revenue recognition, financial controls, tax & statutory compliance. • Excellent verbal and written communication — especially comfortable interacting with US clients/partners. Nice to have: • Exposure to global service delivery, consolidation of overseas subsidiaries, USGAAP MIS, international tax and bidprofitability scenario analysis.
