Finance Manager

About the role:

What will you own?

• Run payroll end to end, including reimbursements, variable payouts, and statutory deductions
• Own all compliance filings—PF, ESIC, PT, GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements
• Manage vendor payments, invoicing, and reconciliations through Razorpay and banking systems
• Maintain accurate accounts and ledgers in line with Indian accounting standards
• Build and streamline financial processes (expense approvals, payment cycles, reporting)
• Prepare MIS reports, cash flow statements, and variance analysis for leadership
• Partner with auditors, consultants, and regulators for smooth audits and filings
• Act as a finance business partner to leadership, supporting decision-making with financial clarity
  

What are we looking for?

• 3–5 years of experience in finance/accounting with strong exposure to payroll and compliance
• Hands-on experience with Razorpay, or similar platforms
• Solid understanding of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, PT, and Indian tax frameworks (non negotiable)
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for MIS and financial analysis
• MBA (Finance)/CA Intern preferred but not mandatory if your experience is strong
• Bonus: Prior experience working in a startup or fast-scaling company
