Coordinate the purchase of vehicle and equipment parts by following up on quotations, specifications, order placement, dispatch, and receipt. Report any delays or pending issues in the purchase process to the Managing Director. Monitor the condition and maintenance of vehicles/equipment, including washing, greasing, tyres, and general upkeep. Track and follow up on all reported complaints related to vehicles and equipment, ensuring timely action and resolution. Conduct daily enquiries with drivers and operators to identify new issues and update complaint statuses. Communicate complaints to the mechanical team (especially for Pathika and Marysadan) and ensure follow-up until completion. Assist the Purchase Department with technical clarifications on parts and specifications. Qualification required : Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
