Innovation & Strategy Analyst

Innovation Scouting & Reporting

1. Continuously identify, assess, and document innovations across Marysadan project areas, including:

• -Bio-mining
• -Chemical process improvements
• -Recycling technologies
• -Waste management systems
• -Filler and material development
• -Construction methodologies & equipment optimisation

2. Conduct feasibility studies and impact assessments for the adoption of new technologies.

3. Prepare technical briefs and innovation reports for senior leadership.

Research & Market Intelligence

• Track global and national advancements in construction tech, materials engineering, sustainability, and environmental solutions.
• Perform competitor bench-marking and market analysis to support strategic decision-making.
• Study new regulations, environmental standards, and government initiatives related to waste management and infrastructure.

Strategy Development & Support

• Assist in shaping strategy for new business opportunities, diversification, and operational improvements.
• Develop proposals, presentations, and strategic models for leadership reviews.
• Support long-term planning based on data insights and innovation findings.

Data Analytics & Process Improvement

• Analyze project data, financial metrics, and operational KPIs to identify improvement areas.
• Collaborate with engineering, procurement, waste management, and material development teams to implement recommendations.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with environmental engineers, chemists, project managers, and R&D teams.
• Participate in site visits to observe processes, identify gaps, and capture innovation opportunities.

Assist in driving digital transformation initiatives and smart project-management systems.

Qualifications & Skills
Must-Have

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, Chemistry, Materials Science, Business, or related fields.
• Strong research and analytical abilities.
• Ability to understand technical processes across engineering, chemistry, and waste management domains.
• Excellent reporting, documentation, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis tools.

Good to Have

• Master’s degree (MBA / M.Tech in relevant field).
• Prior experience in construction, materials research, waste management, biomining, or sustainability-related roles.
• Familiarity with project management tools, R&D workflows, or environmental compliance processes.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹400,000.00 per year
