Chief Financial Officer (CFO)

• Formulate and implement the organisation's overall financial strategy.
• Prepare and monitor annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
• Supervise all financial operations, accounting, and reporting functions.
• Ensure compliance with financial laws, regulations, and organisational policies.
• Oversee cash flow management, investments, and funding activities.
• Manage relationships with banks, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.
• Ensure timely preparation and accuracy of financial statements.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
• Identify financial risks and develop effective control measures.
• Oversee taxation, audit, and statutory compliance processes.
• Approve and monitor all payments, expenditures, and capital allocations.
• Lead the finance and accounts teams and evaluate their performance.
• Provide leadership in developing financial systems, policies, and procedures.
• Present financial performance reports to top management and the board.
• Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure audit compliance.
• Ensure timely filing of tax returns and payment of statutory dues.
• Evaluate new business proposals, budgets, and financial feasibility reports.
• Maintain transparency, accountability, and integrity in all financial dealings.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, and employee-related financial processes.
• Develop and implement cost control and financial efficiency measures.
• Monitor financial performance indicators and suggest corrective actions.
• Represent the organization in financial negotiations and meetings.
• Ensure effective treasury and fund management operations.
• Protect company assets through strong internal financial controls.
• Support CEO and Board in strategic planning and decision-making.
• Review and approve major contracts and procurement from a financial perspective.
• Stay updated with new financial regulations, accounting standards, and tax laws.
• Oversee ERP, digital accounting systems, and financial automation tools.
• Foster a culture of financial discipline, compliance, and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

⁃CA qualified professional

⁃Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a senior finance or leadership role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
