Chief Finance Officer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Chief Finance Officer (CFO) to lead our finance operations and drive strategic financial growth. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, accounting standards, and compliance, along with the leadership skills to guide teams and support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
• Oversee ESI, PF, GST Filing, and TDS deduction processes.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and corporate governance requirements.
• Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic business goals.
• Manage audits, cash flow, investments, and risk management activities.
• Provide actionable insights to the management team to drive profitability and efficiency.
• Implement and monitor financial controls, policies, and ERP systems.

Qualifications and Skills

• CA Inter or MBA in Finance.
• Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles.
• Strong understanding of accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.
• Experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Proven ability to enhance financial performance and business value.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
