WE ARE HIRING FOR OUR CLIENT AT KOCHI SENIOR BRAND MANAGER – DAIRY / GHEE / CATTLE FEED Location: Kochi, Kerala Full-Time ABOUT THE ROLE Join a fast-growing Dairy & Nutrition company as a Senior Brand Manager leading our flagship portfolio of Ghee, Dairy Products, and Cattle Feed. This is a high-impact role focused on brand growth, rural market strength, and market expansion across Kerala. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Develop and drive brand strategies for Ghee, Dairy & Cattle Feed Lead integrated marketing campaigns (Retail, Digital, Rural) Conduct market research & understand farmer/retailer needs Manage product positioning, packaging & pricing Support Sales teams with strong dealer & distribution programs Expand presence in retail shops, supermarkets & feed stores Build partnerships with milk societies, vet shops & feed dealers Manage brand budgets and ensure ROI-focused marketing Monitor brand performance and identify new growth opportunities Guide and mentor junior sales team members REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Graduation 6–8 years experience in FMCG or Dairy/Cattle Feed brand management Strong expertise in rural marketing & distribution networks Proven success in building and scaling dairy/nutrition brands Excellent leadership, strategy & communication skills Ability to handle multi-channel marketing (ATL/BTL/Digital) WHY JOIN US?
