Constantly listening to what readers want, Breaking down great Indian businesses, Discipline to publish :300 editions, This role will define the journey of this newsletter to a million active subscribers through consistent writing and co-authoring with top brains in the business world to co-write and figure out the path Only the ambitious enough should send their best written content to me on DM, Apply only if you have the following, Bias for action (ask forgiveness > permission) Extreme writing love & clarity of thinking, Disagreeability for the right reasons, Some of the good references are PublishPress (love branding), TheHustle (love trend-jacking) & Lenny (love guest collaborations) However, we understand India is a different market & will need its tweaks, If this person succeeds, he/she will fundamentally shift the mindset of an entire generation of working professionals in India Thats the aspiration, nothing less, What we think would be a right fit (we might be wrong) You love demystifying complex stuff Can write to explain things, not sound smart, understands how to write business content, Is grounded & takes feedback & iterates fast, Have or want to learn Substack, Beehiv like tools Knows a thing or two about using AI agents (HUGE plus) Might or might not have a lot of experience, which is okay Is a energy giver for everyone around them
