Job Role : Accounts Manager

Industry : Medical Devices Manufacturing (100% Export Oriented Unit – EOU)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail‑oriented Accounts Manager to lead the accounting and compliance functions of our 100% Export Oriented medical device manufacturing plant. This role is critical in ensuring accurate financial reporting, adherence to statutory requirements, and providing strategic financial insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee end‑to‑end accounting operations, including ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and preparation of financial statements.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis across all business units.
• Lead and mentor a team of accountants and assistants, including performance reviews and training.
• Monitor inventory valuation, cost of goods sold, and production cost variances to ensure accuracy.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Procurement, Production) and external auditors to ensure compliance and timely reporting.
• Handle statutory filings, GST compliance, Customs, CSEZ, and Income Tax matters.
• Manage import–export documentation and compliance for smooth operations.
• Prepare and deliver MIS reports and presentations to management, highlighting key financial metrics, operational performance, and strategic insights.
• Coordinate with regulatory authorities and ensure adherence to Ind AS and other statutory requirements.

Required Qualifications

• · Master’s Degree /CA / CA Inter or equivalent professional qualification.
• 5-7 years in accounting, with at least 3 years in a senior role manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards (Ind AS) and GST.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel.
• Experience with cost accounting and manufacturing cost control.
• Exposure to multi‑location operations and statutory compliance.
