Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of an NBFC and related finance businesses, including FPC and forex operations. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial management, regulatory compliance, budgeting, reporting, and handling finance teams in the NBFC/financial services sector.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of NBFC, FPC, and forex divisions.
• Ensure compliance with RBI, MCA, Income Tax, and other statutory regulations.
• Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial planning for all business units.
• Manage cash flow, fund allocation, working capital, and liquidity planning.
• Review and monitor financial statements, MIS reports, and variance analyses.
• Supervise accounting, bookkeeping, and reconciliation processes.
• Coordinate with auditors, banks, regulatory bodies, and financial institutions.
• Implement internal controls and strengthen financial policies and processes.
• Guide and lead the finance team to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Support management in strategic planning, business expansion, and decision-making.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in NBFC or related financial services.
• Strong knowledge of NBFC regulatory norms, compliance, taxation, and audits.
• Experience handling multi-unit finance operations (NBFC, FPC, forex preferred).
• Proficiency in financial analysis, reporting, and accounting systems.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to join immediately.
