Job Title: Assistant Branch Manager – Gold Loan & NCD
Location: Across Kerala

Job Summary:
We are hiring Assistant Branch Managers for our Gold Loan branches across Kerala. The role involves supporting branch operations, ensuring smooth gold loan processing, providing excellent customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Branch Manager in daily branch operations.
• Manage gold loan processing, appraisals, renewals, and closures.
• Ensure proper cash handling, documentation, and security of gold assets.
• Provide high-quality customer service and handle customer queries.
• Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Identify local market opportunities and support business development activities.
• Guide and support branch staff to maintain performance levels.
• Ensure full compliance with audit guidelines and regulatory norms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in any discipline
• 2–5 years of experience in Gold Loan Operations / Banking / NBFC.
• Good knowledge of gold loan procedures and basic gold appraisal.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil; English is an added advantage.
• Ability to meet targets and manage branch operations effectively.
• Basic computer knowledge and report handling skills.
