Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager to oversee and manage all financial activities in our manufacturing operations. This includes budgeting, costing, variance analysis, inventory accounting, and compliance with industry-specific financial regulations. The ideal candidate will play a key role in guiding the company's financial strategy and ensuring optimal cost-efficiency across production and operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and banking.
• Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Monitor manufacturing costs, product costing, and profitability analysis.
• Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for plant and production operations.

• Maintain and improve inventory accounting systems and stock valuations.
• Ensure compliance with statutory laws, GST, TDS, income tax, and audit requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Implement and monitor internal controls for manufacturing and procurement processes.
• Prepare MIS reports and financial dashboards for senior management.
• Manage cash flow and working capital requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting, product costing, and inventory management.
• Proficient in Tally, , ERP systems, and Excel.
• Knowledge of local statutory compliance including GST, PF, ESIC, etc.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines.
• Hands-on experience with factory-level financial operations.
• Familiarity with lean manufacturing, process costing, and supply chain finance.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
