The candidate will play a crucial role in identifying leads, converting prospects into clients, and managing end-to-end property sales processes. Key Responsibilities: Generate leads through field visits, , social media, and referrals. Identify potential clients and understand their real estate needs. Conduct site visits with clients and provide complete project details. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat and referral business. Follow up on inquiries and convert them into successful sales. Coordinate with marketing teams for promotional activities and campaigns. Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth. Stay updated on property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings. Skills Required: communication and negotiation skills. Confident, presentable, and client-focused. Good knowledge of real estate market and localities. Strong persuasion and closing skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet targets. Proficiency in MS Office Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business, Marketing, or Real Estate). Prior experience in real estate or property sales is preferred but not mandatory. Freshers with good communication skills are welcome to apply.
