Job Description

Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) Industry: Real Estate, Automobiles, Retail, Experience: Freshers and Experienced Gender Preference - Female only Job Description: Handle after-sales customer service and ensure client satisfaction post-purchase. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients. Follow up with customers regarding pending and scheduled payments. Coordinate with the accounts team to track and update payment status. Resolve customer complaints or queries related to products/services. Provide regular updates to customers about service schedules or support. Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and payment records. Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments. Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent relationship management. Keep a customer feedback log to support service improvement initiatives.
