Client Interaction: Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing inquiries, feedback, and complaints via phone, email, or in-person. Relationship Building: Develop and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to foster loyalty and retention. Problem Solving: Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively, analyzing root causes to prevent recurrence. Database Management: Maintain accurate customer records and interaction logs in the CRM system. Internal Coordination: Collaborate with sales, marketing, and other departments to enhance the overall customer experience. Service Improvement: Provide feedback to management on recurring issues and analyze customer feedback to suggest service enhancements.
