Customer representative

You will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries related to products, services, pricing, and policies through various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions. Your primary task will involve investigating and resolving customer complaints, technical issues, and any other concerns in a prompt and effective manner. Additionally, you will be tasked with processing customer orders, managing returns, refunds, and exchanges efficiently.
