📢 We’re Hiring: Finance Manager for IndiEuros - a personalized admission concierge 📍 Greater Noida / Hybrid | 🧾 Full-time | 💼 5–10 Years Experience in Education/EdTech (Mandatory) IndiEuros is seeking a Finance Manager to build and lead the financial operations of our rapidly scaling education advisory business. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong foundation in education finance who have handled P&L ownership, working capital, invoicing, commission tracking, and compliance in organizations that guide students through UG and PG admissions . 💼 Key Responsibilities 🔢 Accounting & Books Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial books using Zoho Books or equivalent Own and report on P&L statements , balance sheets, and cash flow forecasts Ensure accurate monthly closing, journal entries, and ledger integrity 💰 Revenue, Collections & Billing Manage student invoicing , payment tracking, credit notes, and aging analysis Track university commission inflows , aggregator payouts, and financial reconciliations Coordinate with counseling and onboarding to ensure billing milestones are achieved 📈 Financial Planning & Control Build and maintain working capital models and cash flow projections Monitor student-side and university-side receivables , ensure timely collections Create budget forecasts, profitability analyses , and financial dashboards for leadership 🧾 Compliance & Reporting Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings with full accuracy and timeliness Prepare MIS reports for internal and external audits Liaise with CA, tax consultants, and payment gateways as required ✅ What You Must Bring 5+ years of finance experience in a student admissions, education consulting, or edtech company Demonstrated experience with commission-based revenue models , invoicing, and collections Expertise in Zoho Books , Tally , or equivalent cloud accounting platforms Strong command of Indian tax regulations, P&L management, and balance sheet planning Hands-on approach and comfort working in a lean, fast-paced, founder-led environment 🌐 About IndiEuros IndiEuros is a full-stack, high-touch admission concierge guiding students into UG & PG programs across India, the USA, UK, Europe, Canada, UAE, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, Russia/CIS, and the Gulf .
