Senior Counselor & Enrollment Executive

As a Senior Counselor & Enrollment Executive at IndiEuros, you will be part of a team that provides personalized admission concierge services to help students secure admissions in top UG & PG programs across various countries. Your role will involve counseling students based on their preferred universities and career goals, converting qualified leads into enrolled students using CRM workflows, managing end-to-end student journeys using Zoho CRM & Zoho Books, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure 100% application accuracy and deadline compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Counsel students (UG/PG/Transfer/Foundation) based on their preferred universities and career goals - Convert qualified leads into enrolled students using CRM workflows - Manage end-to-end student journeys using Zoho CRM & Zoho Books - Collaborate with internal teams to maintain 100% application accuracy and deadline compliance Qualifications Required: - 5+ years of experience in student admissions or education consulting - Familiarity with top universities across North America, Europe, the Gulf, and Asia-Pacific - Proficiency in CRM and ERP systems (Zoho preferred) - Strong communication skills and the ability to balance counseling with conversions - Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-trust, high-transparency environment At IndiEuros, the focus is on providing a personalized and boutique admission experience for each student.
