Finance Manager

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to oversee all financial aspects of our hospitality operations in Thrissur. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial management within the hospitality industry and will be responsible for budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, compliance, and strategic financial planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in line with industry standards.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, accounts payable/receivable, and working capital.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Ensure compliance with local statutory laws and tax regulations (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).
• Coordinate with auditors and ensure timely completion of audits.
• Implement and monitor internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
• Work closely with operations and management teams to drive cost efficiency and profitability.
• Evaluate financial performance of the property/hotel and recommend areas for improvement.
• Manage relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial institutions.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• CA / CMA Finance preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Indian financial regulations, taxation, and hospitality costing.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
