Qualifications & Experience
• MBA Finance, Tax Lawyer or Semi-qualified CA with relevant corporate experience.
• 3–6 years of experience in finance, compliance, and audit roles (FMCG/retail experience
preferred).
• Strong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, and MCA compliance.
• Experience in handling statutory auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
Skills & Competencies
• Excellent knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficiency in Tally ERP.
• Ability to handle multiple compliances simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Integrity, accountability, and a process-driven approach.
