Job Description

Location: Thrissur
Salary Range: ₹60,000 – ₹80,000 per month
Experience Required: Minimum 3+ years as a Finance Manager (experience in auditing is mandatory)

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Manager to oversee the financial operations of our group of four companies. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in financial planning, auditing, compliance, and cost control, with the ability to manage multiple entities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Strategy

  • Develop financial strategies to drive growth and profitability.
  • Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models for all business operations.
  • Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support decision-making.

2. Cash Flow & Working Capital Management

  • Monitor daily cash flow and ensure adequate liquidity.
  • Optimize working capital through efficient receivables and payables management.
  • Negotiate with banks and financial institutions for credit lines, loans, and other funding requirements.

3. Cost Control & Profitability Analysis

  • Track and control procurement, production, and operational costs.
  • Suggest and implement pricing strategies to maintain healthy profit margins.
  • Conduct profitability analysis across sales channels (Shopify, Amazon, retail, etc.).

4. Compliance & Taxation

  • Ensure compliance with GST, Income Tax, and other statutory requirements.
  • Oversee audits, tax filings, and adherence to regulatory norms.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of legal and financial records.

5. Risk Management & Financial Reporting

  • Identify potential financial risks and implement mitigation measures.
  • Prepare and present monthly/quarterly MIS reports and financial statements.
  • Ensure accuracy, transparency, and timeliness in reporting.

6. Vendor & Payment Management

  • Manage vendor payments and negotiate favorable terms.
  • Oversee payroll processing, supplier invoices, and all financial transactions.

7. Investment & Expansion Planning

  • Evaluate investment opportunities and recommend strategies for business expansion.
  • Plan and monitor CapEx for manufacturing and operational improvements.
  • Support fund allocation for marketing and growth initiatives.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a Finance Manager (Auditing experience required).
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in financial software, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple companies and work under tight deadlines.
