About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Finance Manager with a strong background in Public-Private Partnership (PPP) projects, infrastructure finance, and project strategy. The ideal candidate will bring both technical financial expertise and a strategic approach to managing large-scale infrastructure investments, feasibility analysis, and funding models.

Candidates with prior PPP consultancy experience (minimum 3–4 years) and exposure to government or semi-government infrastructure projects are highly encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning, structuring, and execution of PPP and infrastructure projects.
• Manage project financing through a mix of equity, debt, and structured instruments.
• Prepare financial models, feasibility reports, and IRR/NPV analyses for proposed projects.
• Develop and present investment strategies, fund proposals, and risk assessments to senior management and stakeholders.
• Liaise with banks, government bodies, and investors for financial closures and compliance.
• Monitor fund utilization, working capital flow, and ensure timely reporting and audit readiness.
• Prepare budget forecasts, MIS reports, and financial dashboards to support strategic decisions.
• Support policy advisory and strategic planning for urban and infrastructure development projects.

Qualifications & Experience

• MBA (Finance), Chartered Accountant (CA), or equivalent degree in Finance/Infrastructure.
• 3–4 years minimum experience in PPP consultancy or project finance (infrastructure sector preferred).
• Proven experience in financial modelling, fundraising, and public–private investment structuring.
• Exposure to government or public-sector projects will be an added advantage.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills; ability to engage with multi-stakeholder teams.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Telugu (added benefit for coordination with local agencies).
• Strong understanding of urban infrastructure, policy frameworks, and investment evaluation.
• Hands-on experience with financial reporting, audits, and compliance documentation.

Location & Relocation

• The position is based in Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh.
• Candidates willing to relocate immediately will be given preference.
