The Finance Manager will handle day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Kanpur, with some work from home acceptable. Qualifications Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
