Role Description

This is a full-time Finance Manager role. The Finance Manager will handle day-to-day financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, auditing, and financial reporting. This is a hybrid role based in Kanpur, with some work from home acceptable.

Qualifications

• Financial management skills including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing
• Proficiency in financial reporting and analysis
• Experience with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus
