Finance Manager

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager with strong accounts and financial management background. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in manufacturing industry and be capable of leading the finance & accounts team effectively.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the Accounts & Finance department.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Handle budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.

Ensure compliance with statutory requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, etc.).

Monitor cash flow, fund management, and working capital requirements.

Coordinate with auditors for internal and external audits.

Maintain accurate accounting records and financial reporting systems.

Provide financial insights to management for decision-making.

Implement and monitor cost-control measures within the manufacturing processes.

Supervise vendor payments, reconciliations, and inventory accounting.

Qualifications

CA / M.Com (Finance) – Mandatory.

Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial regulations.

Proficiency in accounting software (Tally ERP / SAP / ERP systems preferred).

Advanced Excel skills.

Experience

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.

Experience in a manufacturing company is highly preferred.

Prior team-handling experience is an added advantage.
