Packaging Designer

Role Overview: As a Fresher Packaging Designer working on a remote, monthly retainer basis for our company, you will be responsible for developing elegant and high-end packaging experiences that appeal to premium audiences. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our branding and product teams to create packaging concepts that align with our premium positioning. You are expected to bring fresh design thinking, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and advance in the luxury packaging industry. Key Responsibilities: - Work closely with the branding and product teams to develop packaging concepts - Showcase a strong eye for aesthetics and luxury packaging designs - Demonstrate proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and basic mock-up rendering - Create packaging designs that reflect luxury aesthetics such as minimalism, detail, materials, and finish - Understand print processes, dielines, and packaging materials - Stay updated on trends in luxury branding and design - Communicate design ideas clearly and effectively - Work independently and remotely while maintaining a high level of detail orientation - Utilize your refined visual sense to craft premium packaging experiences Qualifications Required: - Recent graduate in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or Industrial Design - Preference for candidates from NID (National Institute of Design) or equivalent design institutions - Possess a portfolio showcasing thoughtful packaging or branding work (student or personal projects welcome) Additional Details: This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in premium brand design and enhance your portfolio.
