Key Responsibilities include adapting reference images to create timely patterns and prints, generating innovative design concepts aligned with trends and client needs, and sketching print designs for final products. The role demands hand-sketching color arrangements, fabrics, and patterns, with a strong focus on color, texture, and detail. Responsibilities also involve incorporating garment colors, artwork sizing, underlay creation, and adjusting designs based on client feedback. Designers will coordinate preferences for colors and fabrics, review and finalize files for submission, and ensure high-quality outputs that meet client expectations. Qualifications & Skills : Candidates must hold a Bachelors degree or diploma in a relevant field with a minimum of 4 years’ experience. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and the Adobe Creative Cloud is essential, along with a strong eye for color, texture, pattern, and detail. Knowledge of screen printing and color separation will be an added advantage. The role requires excellent design sense, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects under pressure. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently with overseas clients, as well as lead or collaborate with design teams, are critical for success.
